The Original Shed & Garage Company warrants to the original purchaser that The Original Shed & Garage Company manufactured by us is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

The Original Shed & Garage Company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts of your Original Shed & Garage Company which may prove defective under normal use and service within Seven (7) years from the date of installation by the original purchaser and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be defective.

This warranty specifically covers the following parts of your Original Shed & Garage Company against the following damages: The Owens Corning shingles are guaranteed against leaking and wind damage; the roof is guaranteed against cave in; and all siding is guaranteed against complete blow-out (not including small bubbles or splinters).

In order for this warrantee to be valid, all siding must be painted within six (6) months of purchase (proof of purchase required). The floor and runners are guaranteed against decay. The door is guaranteed against major sticking but not against normal warping.

The Original Shed & Garage Company shall not be liable for any installation or re-installation costs or for the natural characteristics of some wood to split, warp, or twist.

The warranties set forth herein are in lieu if any and all other warranties, expressed, or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The buyer acknowledges that no other representations were made to him or relied upon by him with respect to the quality and function of the goods herein sold.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long any implied warranty lasts and/or exclusion of limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
