1. Is there any extra cost for assembly
when I purchase a shed, garage or building?
No, All the cost are included in the price of the unit.
2. Do I need to have a concrete slab to place the
shed on it? No, in most cases. Sheds and buildings under
400 sq.ft (20' x 20') don't need a concrete slab, unless they are Garages.Buildings over 400 sq.ft requires a concrete
slab.

4. Will I need to get a permit for this Shed, Garage or Building?
Yes and No.The Original Shed & Garage Company will handle getting all the necessary permits
as needed. A permit is requiresd for buildings over 200 sq.ft and buildings on a concrete. We
will communicate with the buyer for any information needed to get the permits, every
case is handled differently depending on local building department regulations, and permit
regulations will vary from city to city and suburban communities. Additionally, there may be restrictions in your neighborhood
that should be considered as well, like specific Home owner associations’ regulations. (The FEE will be added to
the price of the unit if permits are needed)
5. What should I do before
delivery ? The
Original Shed & Garage Company will be coming to your site to go over the process, if anything needs to be done prior
to delivery they will go over it with you at that time. This is a service that we provide to you for FREE.If
site leveling is required you will be notified at that time of the cost.
6. How long will your crew be on my property? They can usually finish the job and clean
up the job site in less than a day's time. For up to larger size sheds, garages and also any additional add ons like
a concrete slab, the process may take a week.
